The Florida
International University Business School and Real Estate Alumnus Council
(REAAC) put on this zoning seminar at the Hyatt in Coral Gables. Approximately 200 people were in attendance for the
breakfast meeting.
The Moderator
was Maria G. Juncadella, SIOR, CCIM, MBA and 2016 President of MAR’s RCA (Miami Association
of Realtors, Realtors Commercial Alliance). Maria is a Realtor with Fairchild
Partners in Coral Gables, FL.
